Most of you here in Eastern North Carolina have realized that summer is here. Everyone always starts talking about wearing sunscreen this time of year. It gets a little bit annoying, and I must admit that I often forget to wear it myself. However, protecting your skin from the sun is CRUCIAL. Yes, harmful UV rays contribute to several different skin cancers. They also increase the rate of age spots, wrinkles and overall aging. If there is any one thing you can do to keep your skin healthy and looking youthful, it is to wear sunscreen daily. Most of our skin care lines include a sunscreen so that it is a standard part of your morning routine.
